Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to the NyToSleep website, Early Access program and app. NyToSleep is provided by Edna Alves dos Santos, Italy. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
NyToSleep is a digital wellbeing tool that helps you schedule or start restrictions for apps you select. Features depend on Apple frameworks, permissions, device settings, network availability and operating-system behavior.
Early Access
Joining the Early Access list does not guarantee an invitation, release date or continued access to a test version. Early Access features may be incomplete, changed or withdrawn. No subscription or purchase is offered through this website at this time.
Not medical advice
NyToSleep is not a medical device, healthcare service or treatment for a sleep or mental-health condition. It does not provide medical advice. Seek a qualified professional for health concerns.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your device, Apple account, schedule, selected apps and use of exceptions. Do not use NyToSleep where delayed access to an app could create danger or prevent access to essential services.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your Apple account and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. One account may be used on supported devices. Protected-app selections remain local to each device.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its infrastructure, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use NyToSleep unlawfully.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to improve reliability, comply with platform requirements or protect users. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, particularly during Early Access.
Intellectual property
NyToSleep, its branding, software, website content and original materials are owned by or licensed to the provider and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant only a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service as intended.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NyToSleep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using NyToSleep and delete your account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
